ALABEL, Sarangani (November 21, 2008) - "One step backward, five steps forward" are some challenging words of Governor Migs Dominguez during the MunaTo Festival press conference Friday, November 21, at the Capitol conference room. With the governor is Michelle Solon, president of Sarangani Tourism and Industry Association, who expressed excitement over this year's November 26-29 festival packed with activities carrying the slogan "Ang Galing Mo, Sarangan."
