"Muna To" means "First People" in Blaan. Archeological find in Maitum give us evidence that the first people in the world could be traced back in Sarangani where anthropomorphic jars prove community life as early as 300-500 BC. With the founding of Sarangani province in 1992, it is likely that we celebrate its history, cultural heritage, and the pride of Sarangans.
